Ramadan is starting earlier this year. Alhamdulillah we are accustomed to celebrating Ramadan in the middle of the year in Malaysia. We are now fortunate to be able to observe Ramadan early.
Even though we observe Ramadan every year, we frequently forget some of its dos and don’ts, the required ibadah, and the sunnah.
Join us on Sunday, March 12 as we remind ourselves of the significance of this blessed month.
Ramadan Revival aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the month of Ramadan and its significance in Islam. This features a panel session, tafsir, and lectures to give you an all-rounded experience.
12 March 2023
Sunday, 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM
The Platform, Ken TTDI
The month of Ramaḍān [is that] in which was revealed the Qur’ān, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the crescent of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey – then an equal number of other days. Allāh intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allāh for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful.
