Transform My Prayer
Our Five Prayer Problems
and
How To Overcome Them
Salat: the most important action of your life
Praying five times a day is an obligation; it is the first thing you will be asked about on the Day of Judgement; it is the key to success and happiness in this life and the next. If you live to old age you will have been required to pray well over 100,000 times over the course of your lifetime!

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, “Allah has obligated five prayers. Whoever excellently performs their ablutions, prays them in their proper times, fulfils their bowing, prostration and humility (khushu’) has a promise from Allah that He will forgive them. But whoever does not do that has no promise from Allah. He may either forgive or punish them.”
[Recorded by Malik, Ahmad, Abu Dawud, al-Nasaa’i and others. According to al-Albani, it is sahih]
